And I don't feel bad...These were really yummy! And I don't feel bad eating lots of them because they are much healthier than regular date scones :) I only had brown flaxseeds, and I used all wholemeal spelt flour as I had no white and they turned out great. I froze most of them individually and take them out for lunches, they defrost well. They are also yummy toasted, (this is easy if you slice them in half before freezing).
